Our NHS Mental Health Support Team (MHST), who are based at Buxton on Tuesdays, are in school as part of activities across both the Primary and Secondary phases to mark World Mental Health Day on Saturday 10 October.
This year's MHST theme is "Lived experiences heard: Real voices, real change."
Our Mental Health Champions are shadowing the MHST at break and lunchtime, ready for the Mental Health and Wellbeing Stall they will be running later this week.

Secondary Phase
- Morning Break: 10:35am – 10:55am
- Lunch: KS3 12:00pm – 12:40pm | KS4 1:05pm – 1:45pm
Our Secondary Mental Health Champions shadowing the team are Daria (9S), Shulamite (9G), Jalika (9C), Kemi (9C) and Jessy (10C).

Please do stop by and say hello to the MHST and our Mental Health Champions, and feel free to share your thoughts on this year's theme.
